2. Defective or damaged products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Send a photo of the product and packaging

  • We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges (e.g., different color/design). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we recommend returning the product (if eligible) and placing a new order.


4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the return:

5. Shipping costs

6. How to initiate a return

    • Reason for return

  2. We will respond with shipping instructions.

  3. Ships the product to the address provided

  4. You will receive the refund after validation
