1. Prepare

Clean your nails: Remove any existing nail polish and wash your hands thoroughly.

Push back the cuticles: Use an orange stick to gently push back the cuticles.

File the Surface: Use a soft file to remove the natural shine from the nail.

Degrease: Use a wipe with alcohol to remove oils and moisture.

2. Choose the strip and place it

Pick the right size: Choose the strip that best fits each nail and place it close to the cuticle.

Tip: Keep the strip off your skin and cuticle. If it touches them, it will lift sooner.

3. Press Firmly

Press: Using a stick, press firmly until the entire nail is covered. Make sure the strip is smooth and even, without air bubbles or bumps.

4. Trim

Trim: Using clippers, scissors, or a nail file, trim the gel to the end of the nail, leaving a small excess.

5. Cure

For the best result, cure under a UV/LED lamp for 30–60 seconds. This hardens the gel and gives you the full 10–14 days of wear.

6. Finalize

File: Use a file to smooth the edges until you achieve the desired result.

A top coat is optional. If you use one, cure it again.
