Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped from Maryland within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Shipping method and rates

Orders ship with USPS. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Standard shipping: $6.99.
Free standard shipping on orders of $59 or more (after discounts, before tax).
Free local pickup in the DC area — see below.

Free local pickup

Local customers can choose free pickup at checkout from any of our partner dry-cleaning locations in the Washington, DC area:

Hilltop Cleaners — 6822 Race Track Rd, Bowie, MD 20715

Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours (business days). Please wait for your "ready for pickup" email before visiting, then collect your order at the counter during store hours with your order confirmation and the name on the order. Orders not collected within 30 days may be cancelled and refunded.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
